The AI Market Analyst is a conversational interface built into Retina Terminal. You type a question about on-chain activity in plain language and receive a concise, data-backed answer. It is available from the search bar at the top of the terminal and works across tokens, wallets, and broader market patterns — without requiring you to know any query syntax or filter parameters.

Accessing the AI Analyst

Click the chat icon in the top navigation bar to open the query panel, or use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+K on macOS or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux. The panel overlays the current view so you can ask a question and return to whatever you were looking at without losing your place.

Sample Queries

The AI Analyst understands natural language. Here are example questions organized by use case:
You do not need to use exact ticker symbols — the analyst resolves common names and partial matches. If your query is ambiguous, it will ask a clarifying question before answering.

How Responses Are Structured

Every answer from the AI Analyst follows a consistent format so you can quickly decide whether to investigate further:
  1. Direct answer — a 2–4 sentence response that addresses your question plainly, referencing the most relevant data points.
  2. Supporting data — specific wallet addresses, timestamps, Cortex score values, liquidity figures, or other on-chain evidence that backs the answer.
  3. Links — direct links to the relevant token pages or wallet pages so you can open the full context and verify the data yourself in one click.
The goal of every response is to give you enough to act on immediately while making it easy to drill deeper if you need to.

Limitations

The AI Analyst operates exclusively on indexed Robinhood Chain data. Keep the following boundaries in mind:
  • No off-chain data — the analyst cannot access CEX prices, news feeds, social media, or any data source outside the Robinhood Chain index.
  • No price predictions or investment advice — responses describe observable on-chain patterns, not forecasts.
  • No query memory — each query is evaluated independently against the current state of on-chain data. The analyst does not retain context from previous questions in the session.
  • Daily query limits — AI queries count against your daily allowance: 10 queries per day on the Free tier, and unlimited on Pro.
Combine the AI Analyst with alerts: use the analyst to understand why something is moving, then save a filter as an alert to catch similar patterns in the future.
